Frequently asked
Before you raise the school PO
Real questions from principals, sports coordinators, and parent committees.
1What apparel do schools typically order for Annual Day?
Most schools order class-coordinated round-neck cotton t-shirts in 180–200 GSM, screen-printed with the school logo on the front and class name plus batch year on the back. Younger classes (Grade 1–5) typically go with plain coloured tees with logo print only; older classes often customise with class-specific designs, performance themes, or batch slogans. Average order runs 200–800 units per annual day. Budget bands and per-piece pricing confirmed at quote stage.
2Can you print individual student names on annual day or farewell tees?
Yes. Name printing is available across screen, DTF, and DTG methods depending on fabric and quantity. For farewell batches, individual name or roll number on the back is a common add-on — each piece printed uniquely within the same production run. For annual day orders with 500+ students, name printing is coordinated through a structured data sheet we share at the artwork approval stage. Specific per-name pricing confirmed at quote stage.
3Do you provide samples before the full school order goes into production?
Yes. A pre-production sample is dispatched for approval before the full run begins. The sample covers fabric grade, print quality, colour accuracy, and fit — signed off by the school coordinator or principal before bulk production starts. Sample timelines are factored into the overall lead time committed on every quote.
4Do you accept school purchase orders with deferred payment?
Yes — for registered schools (CBSE / ICSE / IB / state-board affiliated), we accept school-issued purchase orders with deferred payment milestones negotiated per account. Advance, dispatch, and clearance ratios depend on order size, school-board affiliation, and account history. Larger schools with annual-supply contracts can negotiate quarterly billing cycles. Specifics confirmed per account.
5How early should our school place a merchandise order?
For Annual Day (January–March), order by November–December. For Sports Day (October–December), order by August–September. For Farewell (March–April), order by January–February. Production runs to a confirmed timeline once design is approved, with dispatch on top. Earlier orders avoid rush surcharges and allow split-deliveries across multiple campus addresses or annexes.
