How creators procure
The creator procurement pattern is driven by three deadlines: (1) drop date (when merch goes live to the audience), (2) content tease window (when the creator starts teasing the drop on social), and (3) fulfillment promise to fans (when fans expect to receive their orders). Most creators run a pre-order window, then place the bulk order with us once they have a hard count.
Dropshipping is the default — fans pre-order on Shopify / Razorpay / a custom landing page, we receive the address spreadsheet, and individual orders are dispatched directly to fan addresses across India. For larger established creators with bulk-to-fulfillment partners, we ship bulk to their warehouse instead.
